About our designer...
Sharon Browder's professional experience in wildlands management, wildlife biology, wildfire, and noxious weed management began in 1986. In 1990, she began designing and building her personal gardens in western Montana. Sharon founded Stone House Landscape Design in 2004 in order to blend her knowledge of natural systems and garden design and to provide progressive and more sustainable landscaping in our local communities. She is uniquely suited to craft wildlife-friendly and regionally relevant outdoor living spaces. Some of her qualifications and associations include:

At Stone House Landscape Design we tailor each design to our client's needs and the requirements of each site. Topography, soils, climate, aspect, and features of the surrounding landscape and community dictate the material choices. The client's needs and personality dictate the style.
